GUTS Night Workshop and Event:

This can be booked either as a one night special event, or as a weekend “SOUNDS” Like Fun! Workshop, combined with a one evening GUTS Night Event. The GUTS vocal workshop stands for Get Up To Sing, and Get Up To Speak from the Heart, is just for that, speakers. GUTS Night is all about courage, getting up in front of a supportive audience, play your instrument, to speak or to sing, alone or in duos or groups, with or without accompaniment. A piano accompanist is provided for GUTS Night and Brenda Johima will be your Emcee and Facilitator.

GUTS stands for Get Up To Sing! This is a workshop or one-night special event, for your personal development of courage, and a chance to "feel the fear and do it anyway." Through GUTS Night, the support and encouragement you receive, you may just find some talents you are not even aware of.

GUTS 2 stands for Get Up To Speak from the Heart! This is a workshop or special event for speakers. Whether you are a polished, professional speaker, or a speaker wanting to be a professional speaker, we all need a supportive audience with which to practice and receive encouragement. This is a speakers event with a twist.

GUTS Night and GUTS 2 can be designed to meet your needs, as a one-night event, half-day, one-day or two-day workshop, and also can be booked as three or five day retreat format.
