Our personal coaching services are based on inspiring creativity and life changes through encouragement, motivation and applause. That’s it.

Creativity Coaching sessions with Brenda Johima are designed to motivate, to inspire and encourage creativity, link it to health, and then apply it to daily, practical, real life situations.

We simply use the creative and expressive arts as tools to help you think differently, to open your mind to more possibilities, and to gain the courage to take the action you need to take, in order to reach your career, life and personal development goals.

With Brenda as YOUR Creativity Coach we will examine:

• What are your dreams, talents, gifts, visions and wants? (if you don't know, we help you find out what they are, and to believe in yourself)
• What are your goals? What do you want? (if you don't know, we help you create goals and the steps to reach them)
• What are the barriers in the way of reaching your goals?
• How will you remove these barriers, or fears, or work with them?
• What is the action you are going to take to live your dreams and create the life you want?

My goal is to bring out the best in you, and to inspire you to “Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway” as Susan Jeffers would say, or “Feel the Fear and Create It Anyway” as I would say.

At CREATIVE NUDGE, my goal is to link creativity and health, for Coach and for client. For in-person sessions with Brenda Johima, if possible, WE WALK OUTDOORS! (or paint, or sing, or move) while we Coach. We model health and link it to creativity. People talk about, and discover different things about themselves, outdoors and while walking.

Whenever possible, in-person creativity coaching sessions are out of doors. For the Coach, this models health and self-care, which many in the helping professions learn to neglect after many years in the field.

If Walk'n'Talk Creativity Coaching is not possible due to distance or for other reasons, or if this is not the approach that you choose, then that is just fine too. You can choose:

TELEPHONE COACHING SESSIONS with Brenda Johima are available to you, no matter where you live in the world, and require active and physical participation in the process, and that may be through weekly writing, breath work, movement, exercise, painting, music, or whatever you medium you choose. We heal, progress and succeed, by taking action.

CREATIVITY COACHING for Post-Secondary Students in the Arts:

A special coaching package is available for post-secondary students enrolled in the creative and expressive arts such as art, music, design, animation, film, theatre and dance. Students want to have every possible opportunity to succeed, in a highly competitive market. Short term Creativity Coaching specific to the arts can offer inspiration.

***This is not therapy. Referral to professional therapists is made if deemed necessary. ***

As a student in the arts do you:

• Battle negative thinking?
• Compare your talents to others?
• Sabotage your success?

The purpose of CREATIVE NUDGE Coaching for post-secondary students is to inspire you to “Go For It” and “Live Your Dream!” and to not let the institutions, schools and systems bog you down and get in the way of reaching your academic and arts goals.
